PICK THE RIGHT BLENDING WATER

A blending water is key to unlocking the true flavour potential
of your chosen Spirit. Estuary Blending water
comes in Whiskey, Single Malt and Coffee variants

PICK THE RIGHT GLASS

Pick a glass that will complement the drink. For whiskies
and Single malts we recommend a broad bottom glass
with a tapering top. This helps funnel the flavours
towards your nose and heighten flavour enjoyment

DO NOT ADD ICE

Melting ice cubes dilute your whiskey in unpredictable
ways, leaving you with inconsistent flavour in every sip
More importantly the near-freezing temperatures also
affect your tongueʼs ability to fully appreciate the more
delicate flavours

STIR GENTLY

Using a metal or glass stirrer, gently mix the blend and
then allow it to settle. This helps blend all the
flavour-producing phenolic compounds but also allows
the guaiacol to rise to the top of the glass, where it
boosts olfactory stimulation during each sip
